A nationally recognized litigation firm with offices across the country, is seeking attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing California team. The firm's Los Angeles continues to experience significant growth across its Asbestos/Talc Litigation and Silica/General Liability Litigation practice groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys seeking meaningful litigation responsibilities, hands-on trial experience, direct partner interaction, and a flexible hybrid work environment (2 days in office).

Responsibilites

1. --Manage all phases of litigation
2. --Take and defend depositions
3. --Draft and argue motions
4. --Conduct legal research and case analysis
5. --Prepare written discovery and discovery responses
6. --Communicate directly with clients and partners
7. --Participate in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

Qualifications

• --Active California Bar License
• --3+ years of defense litigation experience
• --Products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability experinece preferred but no required
• --Motion drafting experience required
• --Dispositive motion experience preferred
• --Strong legal writing and analytical skils
• --Excellent vergal communication skills
